1、C-276 合金在溴化丁基橡胶环境下腐蚀规律的研究合金在溴化丁基橡胶环境下腐蚀规律的研究摘要C-276 哈氏合金在能源、环境工程、石油天然气、烟气脱硫等领域得到广泛的应用,但在溴化丁基橡胶中的腐蚀很严重,严重制约了生产,因此开展这方面的研究非常有意义。通过溴环境下腐蚀规律的研究,不但能够为国民经济各部门设计选材和制定环境腐蚀防护标准提供科学依据,同时,对于减少溴腐蚀造成的经济损失也具有重要意义。本文通过挂片失重法对 C-276 哈氏合金在含溴己烷胶液中的腐蚀规律研究,得出:(1)水的影响,C-276 腐蚀速率随水浓度的增大先增大,之后增大的速度减少,最后趋于稳定,波动较小。可能原因:水与液溴反
2、应生成的次溴酸,次溴酸有强氧化行,浓度越高而导致 C-276 哈氏合金的腐蚀速率加快。(2)液溴的影响,C-276 哈氏合金的腐蚀速率随着液溴浓度的增加是先增加,然后约有微小的减少可忽略,后趋于平衡。可能原因:液溴浓度越高产生次溴酸浓度越高,腐蚀也越严重。(3)溴化氢的影响,C-276 哈氏合金的腐蚀速率随 HBr 浓度增加先减小,后又逐渐增大。可能原因:HBr 浓度变化,改变了钝化区域。(4)温度的影响,C-276 哈氏合金的腐蚀速率随温度的升高,刚开始急剧增大,后来达到最大,之后趋于稳定。可能原因:温度的升高,会使得溶液 PH 值减小,加腐蚀溶液的对流和扩撒增加,导致腐蚀加剧。(5)转速的
