1、摘 要 一般部分针对晋城凤凰山矿进行了井型为 3.0Mt/a 的新井设计。凤凰山矿井位于山西省晋城市境内,井田走向长约 8.2km,倾向长约 4.2km,面积约 31.5km2。主采煤层为 3#煤层,平均倾角 3,平均厚度 6.1m。井田工业储量为 426.4Mt,可采储量 310.5Mt,矿井服务年限为 69a。矿井正常涌水量为 94m3/h,最大涌水量为 100m3/h;矿井属低瓦斯矿井。根据井田地质条件,设计采用双斜井单水平开拓方式,井田采用全带区式布置方式,共划分为六个带区,轨道大巷、胶带机大巷和回风大巷皆为煤层大巷,布置在 3#煤层底板岩层中。考虑到本矿井为低瓦斯矿井,但井田面积较大
2、,矿井通风方式采用两翼对角式通风。针对北五带区采用了带区准备方式,并进行了运煤、通风、运料、排矸、供电系统设计。针对 3501 工作面进行了采煤工艺设计。该工作面煤层平均厚度为 6.1m,平均倾角 3,直接顶为泥岩,老顶为细砂岩。工作面采用长壁综采一次采全高采煤法。采用双滚筒采煤机割煤,往返一次割两刀。采用“三八制”工作制度,截深 0.8m,每天六个循环,循环进尺 4.8m,月推进度 144m。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车运输。主井采用胶带输送机运煤,副井采用绞车运料。专题部分题目为中厚煤层瓦斯抽采技术实例分析与研究,以凤凰山矿瓦斯抽采为例,进行了详实的瓦斯观测数据收集与处理

7、tion against the five band of North One which divided into 5 stirps totally,and conducted coal conveyance,ventilation,gangue conveyance and electricity designing.The design conducted coal mining technology design against the 3501 face.The coal seam average thickness of this working face is 6.1 m and
8、 the average dip is 3,the immediate roof is mud stone and the main roof is sand stone.The working face applies fully mechanized longwall full-height coal caving method,and uses double drum shearer cutting coal which cuts twice each working cycle.Three-Eight working system has been used in this desig
