1、 摘 要本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为陈四楼 2.4 Mt/a 新井设计。陈四楼煤矿位于河南省永城市西北郊区，交通较为便利。井田倾向（东西）长约 5.55 km，走向（南北）长约 10.04 km，井田总面积为 62.60 km2。主采煤层为 2 号煤层，平均倾角为 9.73，煤层平均厚度为 2.45 m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为 227.08 Mt，矿井可采储量 172.67Mt。该矿井服务年限为 55.4a，涌水量不大，矿井正常涌水量为 894 m3/h，最大涌水量为 1200 m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量较低，为低瓦斯矿井。井田为立井两水平开拓；长壁

2、放顶煤采煤法；矿井通风方式为中央并列式，后期根据需要在井田东西两翼增加两个边界风井。矿井年工作日为 330d，工作制度为四六制。一般部分共包括 10 章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量；3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式-盘区巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.井下运输；8.矿井提升；9.矿井通风与安全技术；10.矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分的题目为矿井冲击矿压的预测和防治技术，主要针对冲击矿压灾害机理，提出了预测措施和防治。翻译部分主要内容从环境和社会经济讨论小规模矿井的未来，英文题目为：Thefuture of small-scale minin

3、g:environmental and socioeconomic perspectives。关键词：主井两水平；带区；综采；胶带运输；混合式通风 ABSTRACT This design includes of three parts:the general part,special subject part and translated part.The general part is a new design of Chensilou mine.Chensilou mine lines in north-west of Yongcheng in Henan province.The tr

5、 condition is simple.The proved reserves of the minefield are 227.08Mt.The recoverable reserves are 172.67 Mt.The designed productive capacity is 2.4 Mt percent year,and the service life of the mine is 55.4 years.The normal flow of the mine is 894 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 1200

6、 m3 percent hour.The mineral well gas gushes the deal lower,for low gas mineral well.The well farmland is two levels in vertical shaft development;the cole mine is the longwall mining;The ventilation type in the early stage is centralized juxtapose.In the late stage two air shafts in the boundary sh
