1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为恒源煤矿矿1.2Mt/a新井设计，共分10章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量；3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式-带区巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.井下运输；8.矿井提升；9.矿井通风与安全技术；10.矿井基本技术经济指标。恒源煤矿位于安徽省淮北市濉溪县刘桥镇境内。西以省界与河南省永城市毗邻，东距濉溪县约10km，东北距淮北市约13km。矿井交通十分方便，濉溪县至永城市公路从矿区通过，可直接接通河南省和安徽省内公路网。矿井铁路专用线经濉溪站转接京沪、陇海和京九三大干线通往全国各地，

2、交通极为便利。矿井东东南浅部以土楼断层和刘桥一矿为界，西西北以省界与河南省永城市的新庄煤矿相接。平均走向长度为5.6 km，平均倾斜宽为5.0 km，平均倾角为7.13，水平面积为17.4 km2。矿井最大涌水量为683.40m3/h，正常涌水量为525.44 m3/h；煤质为烟煤；全矿井最大绝对瓦斯涌出量为7.866 m3/min，属低瓦斯矿井；煤层属不自燃发火煤层，煤层具有爆炸危险性。矿井采用立井单水平开拓，采用中央并列式通风。一矿一面，采煤方法为长壁综采一次采全高。煤炭运输采用阻燃胶带，辅助运输采用无级绳绞车。矿井年工作日为330 d，每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为“三八”制。专
