许疃煤矿1.2Mta新井建设【专题大采高综采工作面片帮防治分析】.docx

1、摘 要本设计包括三部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为许疃煤矿1.2Mt/a新井建设。许疃矿位于安徽省宿州市西南部，地处蒙城县板桥镇某乡境内。井田走向长67km，倾斜宽24km，井田面积21.3838km2。主采煤层为72和82煤层，煤层倾角为816，平均厚度分别为3.0m和9m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为354.54Mt，可采储量为269.62 Mt。矿井设计生产能力为1.2Mt/a。矿井服务年限为160.49a，矿井正常涌水量为525m3/ h，最大涌水量830 m3/ h。矿井瓦斯相对涌出量为12m3t，为高瓦斯矿井。矿井开拓方式为立井单水平上下山开拓。采用胶带输送机

2、运煤，采用矿车进行辅助运输。矿井通风方式为两翼对角式通风。矿井年工作日为330d，工作制度为“三八制”。一般部分共包括10章：1、矿区概述与井田地质特征；2、井田境界和储量；3、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4、井田开拓；5、准备方式采区巷道布置；6、采煤方法；7、井下运输；8、矿井提升；9、矿井通风与安全；10、设计矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分题目是大采高综采工作面片帮防治分析，主要是研究了大采高综采工作面片帮的原因和防治措施。翻译部分主要内容是关于改进巷道顶板支护的研究，英文题目是：Improved roadway roof support design forAnglo Ame

3、rican Metallurgical Coals underground operations关键词：煤矿顶板支护，不确定性，概率设计ABSTRACTThis design includes three parts: the general part, the special subject part and the translation part.The general part is a new design for xutuan mine.xutuan mine is located in mengcheng in anhui province. It is very conveni

4、ent to get to the mine in terms of both highway and railway. The length of the coalfield is 67 km, the width is about 24 km and the total area is 21.3838km2.The 72 and82 are the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 816 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 3.0m and 9m in all. The geologic struc

5、ture of this coalfield is simple.The recoverable reserves of the coalfield are 354.54 million tons, and the minable reserves are 269.62 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 1.2million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 160.49years. The normal flow of the mine is 525

6、m3 per hour and the max flow of the mine is 830 m3 per hour. The relative mine gas gush is 12 m3/t , so it is a high gas mine.The mine is a single level in two shafts to develop. Te central laneway uses Belt Conveyor to transit coal, and trolley wagons are used for accessorial transportation in the

7、roadway. Taking into account of the high gas emission, mine ventilation method use two diagonal wings ventilation, The “three-eight” working system is used in the xutuan mine. 15、路及京九铁路分别在井田外东、西部通过，青芦支线联接青阜铁路，井田距青芦支线上的任庄站9.3km。自京沪线宿县车站至各城市的距离为：徐州75km，北京886km，南京271km，上海574km。矿井交通位置见图1-1。图1-1 矿井交通位置图1.1.2地形、地貌井田内地势平坦，北部略高于南部，海拔标高在+24.5+26.5m之间，一般为+25.5m左右。1.1.3交通条件本井田位于淮北平原，地形平坦，矿区铁路专用线青芦支线在井田北约9km通过，本矿井铁路专用线在该支线的任庄站接轨，专用线长度9.3km已投入运营。宿（州）蒙（城）公路在井田的东部边界外通过，许（疃）赵（集）公路与其相连，本矿井进场公路接自许（疃）赵（集）公路，长度2.2km。故本矿井的交通运输较方便。1.1.4气候、地震本区属季风暖温带半湿润气候，春秋季多东北风，夏季多东东南风，冬季多北
