1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分：一般设计部分、专题设计部分和翻译部分。一般部分为国投新集刘庄矿3 Mt/a的新井设计。刘庄井田位于安徽省阜阳市颍上县北部，南距县城约 20km，西至阜阳市40km左右。地理坐标介于东经11607301162040与北纬324500325115之间。井田走向（东西）长平均约6.5km，倾向（南北）长平均约2 km，井田水平面积为13 km2。主采煤层五层，即13-1、11-2、8、5和1号煤层，平均倾角14.2，厚约18.51 m。井田工业储量为339.17Mt，可采储量274.05 Mt，矿井服务年限为70.27 a。表土层平均厚度100160 m；矿井正常涌水量为5

2、50 m3/h，最大涌水量为960m3/h；煤层硬度系数f=2.3，煤质牌号为气煤44；矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为40.99 m3/min，属高瓦斯矿井；煤层有自燃发火倾向，发火期36个月，煤尘具有爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条件，提出四个技术上可行开拓方案。方案一：立井单水平立井延深（岩石大巷) 主、副井均为立井，布置于井田中央，大巷布置在岩层当中。方案二：立井两水平立井延深（岩石大巷)主、副井均为立井，布置于井田中央，大巷布置在煤层当中。方案三：立井单水平暗斜井延深（煤层大巷）主、副井均为立井，布置于井田中央，暗斜井延深，大巷布置在岩层当中。方案四：立井两水平暗斜井延深（煤层大巷）主、副井均为立井，

3、布置于井田中央，暗斜井延深，大巷布置在煤层当中。设计首采区采用采区准备方式，工作面长度250 m，采用一次采全高采煤法，全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“三四六”制作业，三班生产，一班检修。生产班每班3个循环，日进9个循环，循环进尺1.0 m，日产量12154.5t。大巷采用带式输送机运煤，辅助运输采用1.5t固定厢式矿车。主井装备装备一套16 t双箕斗和一套16 t单箕斗带平衡锤提煤，副井装备一对3 t矿车双层单车罐笼带平衡锤担负辅助运输任务。矿井采用两翼对角式通风式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量2849.16 m3/min，矿井通风总阻力1902.19 Pa，风阻0.119 Ns2/m8，等

4、积孔3.45 m2，矿井通风容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井总风量7600 m3/min，矿井通风总阻力2849.16 Pa，风阻0.178 Ns2/m8，等积孔2.82 m2，矿井通风容易难。设计矿井的吨煤成本115 元/t。专题部分是对薄煤层小煤柱护巷技术的研究，针对金达煤矿工作面的生产技术条件，采用现场实测、数值分析和理论研究等方法，系统研究薄煤层条件下小煤柱沿空掘巷问题。翻译部分是一篇关在软岩或煤层巷道中运行单轨吊的论文，英文原文题目为：Research on soft rock or coal seam roadway Monorail Hanging Technology关键词：立井；上
