    1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般设计部分、专题设计部分和翻译部分。一般部分为国投新集刘庄矿3 Mt/a的新井设计。刘庄井田位于安徽省阜阳市颍上县北部,南距县城约 20km,西至阜阳市40km左右。地理坐标介于东经11607301162040与北纬324500325115之间。井田走向(东西)长平均约6.5km,倾向(南北)长平均约2 km,井田水平面积为13 km2。主采煤层五层,即13-1、11-2、8、5和1号煤层,平均倾角14.2,厚约18.51 m。井田工业储量为339.17Mt,可采储量274.05 Mt,矿井服务年限为70.27 a。表土层平均厚度100160 m;矿井正常涌水量为5

    2、50 m3/h,最大涌水量为960m3/h;煤层硬度系数f=2.3,煤质牌号为气煤44;矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为40.99 m3/min,属高瓦斯矿井;煤层有自燃发火倾向,发火期36个月,煤尘具有爆炸危险性。根据井田地质条件,提出四个技术上可行开拓方案。方案一:立井单水平立井延深(岩石大巷) 主、副井均为立井,布置于井田中央,大巷布置在岩层当中。方案二:立井两水平立井延深(岩石大巷)主、副井均为立井,布置于井田中央,大巷布置在煤层当中。方案三:立井单水平暗斜井延深(煤层大巷)主、副井均为立井,布置于井田中央,暗斜井延深,大巷布置在岩层当中。方案四:立井两水平暗斜井延深(煤层大巷)主、副井均为立井,

    3、布置于井田中央,暗斜井延深,大巷布置在煤层当中。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,工作面长度250 m,采用一次采全高采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井采用“三四六”制作业,三班生产,一班检修。生产班每班3个循环,日进9个循环,循环进尺1.0 m,日产量12154.5t。大巷采用带式输送机运煤,辅助运输采用1.5t固定厢式矿车。主井装备装备一套16 t双箕斗和一套16 t单箕斗带平衡锤提煤,副井装备一对3 t矿车双层单车罐笼带平衡锤担负辅助运输任务。矿井采用两翼对角式通风式通风。通风容易时期矿井总需风量2849.16 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力1902.19 Pa,风阻0.119 Ns2/m8,等

    4、积孔3.45 m2,矿井通风容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井总风量7600 m3/min,矿井通风总阻力2849.16 Pa,风阻0.178 Ns2/m8,等积孔2.82 m2,矿井通风容易难。设计矿井的吨煤成本115 元/t。专题部分是对薄煤层小煤柱护巷技术的研究,针对金达煤矿工作面的生产技术条件,采用现场实测、数值分析和理论研究等方法,系统研究薄煤层条件下小煤柱沿空掘巷问题。翻译部分是一篇关在软岩或煤层巷道中运行单轨吊的论文,英文原文题目为:Research on soft rock or coal seam roadway Monorail Hanging Technology关键词:立井;上
