1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为开滦范各庄矿2.4Mt/a新井设计。开滦范各庄矿位于河北省唐山市东北部,交通便利。井田走向(南北)长约6.87km,倾向(东西)长约3.62km,井田总面积为20.79km2。主采煤层为11号煤、12号煤,平均倾角为12,煤层平均总厚为10.39m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为313Mt,矿井可采储量216Mt。矿井服务年限为69.5a,矿井正常涌水量为249m3/h,最大涌水量为563m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量较低,为低瓦斯矿井。井田划分为三水平,第一水平标高为-350m,第二水平标高为-550m,第三水平标高为-800
2、m,双立井开拓,主井装备箕斗,副井装备罐笼。大巷采用3t底卸式矿车运煤,辅助运输采用1.5t厢式矿车运输。矿井通风方式为两翼对角式通风。矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“三八”制。一般部分共包括10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分题目是煤巷锚杆支护与架棚支护技术经济分析对比。讨论了两种支护方式的支护原理,通过应用实例证明了锚杆支护是一种应用前景更加广阔的支护方式。翻译部分主要内容为关于放顶煤的开采参
