城郊矿4.0Mta新井设计【专题城郊矿村庄下压煤开采技术研究】.doc

1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为城郊矿4.0Mt/a新井设计。城郊煤矿位于河南省永城市，交通较为便利。井田倾向（东西）长约10.2km，走向（南北）长约8km，井田总面积为73km2。井田内可采煤层为二2、三2煤，其赋存稳定，厚度平均为2.98 m和2.95 m，倾角平均7井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为655.47Mt，矿井可采储量488.05Mt 。该矿井服务年限为87a，涌水量不大，矿井正常涌水量为220 m3/h左右，最大涌水量为500 m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量较低，为低瓦斯矿井。井田为立井两水平开拓；矿井采用倾斜长壁综合机械化采煤法，一次采全高。

2、矿井通风方式为中央并列式和两翼对角式。矿井年工作日为330d，工作制度为“四六”制。一般部分共包括10章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量；3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式-带区巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.井下运输；8.矿井提升；9.矿井通风与安全技术；10.矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分的题目为城郊矿村庄下压煤开采技术研究，主要针对城郊矿井西城区下村庄压煤的问题提出了部分措施。翻译部分：翻译了一篇岩石力学与采矿科技国外杂志上的论文，题目为英文题目为：Numerical modeling of thawing in frozen rocks o

3、f underground mines caused by backfilling关键词：立井；带区；综采；两翼对角式1ABSTRACTThis design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part.The general part is a new design of Chenjiao mine.Chenjiao mine lies in the north-west of Yongcheng in Henan province. The traffic of ro

4、ad and railway is convenience to the mine. The boundary of the mine field runs 10.2 km from north to south and 8.05 km from west to east on average.，The total plane area of the mine is about 50km2.The NO.2 and NO.3 are the main coal seams, and its average dip angle is 7 degree. The thickness of the

5、mine is respectively about 2.98 and 2.95 m . The proved reserves of the minefield are 655.47 Mt. The recoverable reserves are 488.05 Mt. The designed productive capacity is 4.0 Mt percent year, and the service life of the mine is 87 years. The normal flow of the mine is 200 m3 percent hour and the m

6、ax flow of the mine is 384 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes the deal lower, for low gas mineral well.The well farmland is two levels in vertical shaft development. The comprehensive mechanized longwall caving method along the dip is used in Chengjiao Mine.The mine uses Central parallel a
