1、摘要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为许疃煤矿2.4Mt/a新井设计。许疃煤矿位于安徽省宿州,区内交通十分便利。井田东西走向长7.9km,南北倾向宽34km,井田面积约26.5km2。井田内可采煤层共有2层,主采煤层为72煤。井田内72煤倾角在817之间,平均厚度3m。矿井工业储量为349.66Mt,可采储量为265.91Mt,设计服务年限72.14a,第一水平服务年限79.14a。矿井正常涌水量为600m3/h,最大涌水量为650m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为22m3/t,绝对瓦斯涌出量为12m3/min,属高瓦斯矿井。煤层无自然发火倾向,但煤尘有爆炸危险性。井田开
2、拓方式为立井单水平上下山开拓。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用防爆型蓄电池电机车牵引固定矿车运料。主井采用两对12t底卸式箕斗提煤,副井采用一对1.5t矿车双层四车加宽罐笼运送物料和升降人员。矿井通风方式为中央并列式通风。矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“三八”制。两班半生产,半班检修。生产班每班完成3个采煤循环,检修班完成2个采煤循环。循环进尺为0.8m,日产量为6958t。一般部分共包括10章:1、矿区概述及井田地质特征;2、井田境界和储量;3、矿井工作制度及设计生产能力;4、井田开拓;5、准备方式采区巷道布置;6、采煤方法;7、井下运输;8、矿井提升;9、矿井通风与安全技术;10、
