1、设计总说明本设计包括两个部分:一般部分和专题部分。一般部分为开滦集团吕家坨矿新井设计,全篇共分为十个部分:矿井概括及井田地质特征、井田境界及储量、矿井工作制度和设计生产能力、井田开拓、采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升、矿井通风与安全和矿井主要经济技术指标。开滦集团吕家坨矿位于河北省唐山市古冶区境内。矿井井田南北长约3050m,东西约4810,全井田总面积为14.67km2。井田内的可采煤层为7煤层、8煤层、9煤层,煤层赋存稳定,总厚度6.89米。倾角平均为14,为缓斜厚煤层。井田内工业储量12151万吨,可采储量10885万吨。吕家坨矿年设计生产能力120万t/a,服务年限64.8年
2、。采用立井二水平上下山开拓,第一水平标高-500m,第二水平标高-700m。矿井采用单一走向长壁综合机械化采煤法。矿井布置一个综采工作面保证全矿井的产量,长度199.5m,煤的运输采用10t架线式电机车牵引3吨底卸式矿车运输。矿井的通风方式采用中央分列式通风。关键词:立井两水平上下山开拓;走向长壁;综合机械化;中央分列式The Brief Introduction of the DesignThis design contains two parts: the general part and the dissertation part.The general part is a new de

4、omic and technologic index of the mine.The Lvjiatuo mine filed lies in the Guye city of Hebei province. The boundary of the mine filed runs 4.810km from west to east and 3.050km from north to south on average. The total area of the mine is about 14.67 km2.there is three payable seam: No.5 ,No.9and N
5、o.12, and the whole thickness of the seam is 6.89m. It is stable belong to fluty inclined, with the average angle 14 degree. The industry reserves of the mine filed are 121.51 million tons and the useable reserves are 108.85 million tons. The productive capacity of Lvjiatuo is 1.2 million tons per y
6、ear, and its service life is 64.8 years. There re 2 levels in the mine. The fist development level has be located at the level of 500m and the second is 700m.The coal mining method is fully mechanized mining to the strike with sublevel caving in inclined coal seam.There is only one working face in t
