1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为显德汪煤矿150万t新井设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。显德汪煤矿位于河北省邢台市,交通十分便利。井田走向长度为3.407km,倾斜长度4.463 km。水平面积15.21 km2,倾斜面积15.44 km2。井田内主采煤层一层,即2#煤层,平均倾角8,煤层平均厚3.72 m,井田工业储量为16058万t,可采储量12311万t,矿井
2、服务年限为61.23 a。煤层硬度系数f2.3,煤质牌号为贫煤无烟煤。本矿井为低瓦斯矿井,瓦斯绝对涌出量为2.42 m3/min,CO2绝对涌出量为8.23 m3/min。矿区综采,机掘的最大最小煤尘浓度和平均浓度为137.8 mg/m3,86.8 mg/m3;102mg/m3;根据煤炭科学研究总院重庆分院对2#的自燃倾向性和发火期进行的鉴定确定为不易自然煤层,自然发火期一般为68个月。矿井采用双立井单水平开拓,前期采用中央并列式通风,后期采用中央边界式通风。一矿一面,采煤方法为长壁大采高一次采全厚采煤法。煤炭主运输采用胶带胶带运输机,辅助运输采用电机车。矿井年工作日为330 d,每天净提升时
