花生联合收割机齿轮箱设计.doc

1、摘 要花生联合收割机是一种能够同时完成花生的分扶蔓条，起耕、蔬果、碎土、输藤、精选、输果、收集等作业并获得比较清洁花生果实的机械。一般由捡拾器、螺旋进料器、割刀、筛子、清理风机、运输、传动、行走装置、粮箱和操纵机构等组成。花生联合收割机应该满足如下农业技术要求：整机的总损失一般不得超过谷粒总收获量的3%；谷粒清洗后的清洁率应高于96%以上；荚果破损率小于1%-2%。齿轮箱是花生联合收割机的传动部件，它的作用是将手扶拖拉机柴油机的动力变向输送到荚藤器和水平输送到筛子，而荚藤器和筛子分别起到输送果蔓，清选荚果的作用，所以齿轮箱对分离和清选工作有很大的影响。影响齿轮箱结构的三个最主要因素是：（1）

2、机械设备的空间布置；（2） 所需的输入和输出轴之间的传动比；（3） 转矩（功率和转速的组合）挂接机构是将东风-12手扶拖拉机和花生联合收割机相连接的部件，它起到了纽带作用，从而实现了花生联合收割机与手扶拖拉机的同步行走，保证了联合收获机作业的顺利完成。铲高调节机构是调节挖掘铲高度的装置，它的主要组成部件有：固定板、卡盘、闸把杆、卡销、弹簧、卡销拉杆、捏手、把手等。铲高调节机构的技术要求为：捏手可移动距离为大于20mm，闸把杆可挑范围为75。卡销拉杆的调节是通过捏手来完成的。首先，操作者通过把手和捏手来拉动卡销拉杆，压缩弹簧，从而拉动与卡销拉杆相连的拉杆。拉杆被拉到卡盘卡槽外后，闸把杆便可以任意

14、计。 第一章 花生收获机的概述1.1花生的生长形态及收获要求花生是世界上广泛栽培的主要油料作物，同时也是主要的创汇农产品之一。在世界油料生产和国际贸易中仅次于大豆居于第二位。我国作为花生的主要产地，2006年花生播种面积500万km，总产147.5亿kg，单产393.4kg。近几年，随着花生种植面积、产量在不断增加，花生生产机械化的发展就显得尤为重要。 花生收获的过程包括挖掘花生、分离泥土、铺条晒晾、捡拾摘果和分离清选等作业。花生的收获经历了手拔、镢刨、犁耕和机械收获四个阶段。花生联合收获机可以一次完成挖掘、抖土、摘果、分离、清选等作业工程。发达国家，特别是美国，花生种植以蔓生型为主。花生除茎以外的分枝，都铺在地上，生长期长，一般为一年一收，其收获形式为典型的俩段式收获先用花生挖掘机将花生挖掘、除土并铺于田间，待花生晾干后，再用带捡拾器的花生联合收获机捡拾摘果。国外花生联合收获机的研究起步较早，尤其在俩段收获方式的研究技术方面比较成熟。1. 2国内外花生收获的概况 由于种植农艺的不同，我国大部分地区实行分段式收获或者联合收获。我国花生收获
