1、摘 要本设计包括三部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为新源煤矿1.2 Mt/a新井设计,共分十章:矿井概述及井田地质特征,井田境界和储量,矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限,井田开拓,准备方式带区巷道布置,采煤方法,井下运输,矿井提升,矿井通风及矿井基本技术经济指标。新源煤矿距沁新县17 km,矿区对外交通便利。区内地势较为平坦,井田走向长度3.4 km,倾斜方向长3.6 km。面积为18.93 km2。井田主采煤层为2号煤层,厚度平均为4.8 m。煤层倾角平均为7,属于近水平煤层。井田工业储量为10994万t,矿井可采储量8884万t。矿井服务年限为52.9 a,矿井正常涌水量为
2、180 m3/d,最大涌水量为260 m3/d。矿井为低瓦斯矿井。新源煤矿矿井工作制度为“三八”制,一个综采工作面保产。开拓方式为斜井单水平开拓,水平标高为840m,准备方式为采区巷道布置。矿井主井采用胶带提煤,副井采用矿车作为辅助提升。工作面采用长壁采煤法,面长190 m,采煤工艺为综采。矿井主运输为胶带运输,辅助运输采用无极绳绞车牵引1.5 t固定式矿车运输。矿井通风采用中央并列式通风。专题部分题目是断层破碎带巷道支护技术研究。论文对破碎带巷道支护的技术研究进行了综述,分析了各种支护方式,并对锚注支护技术进行了研究,提出了锚注方式和研究的参数,并对现场应用情况进行了效果分析。翻译部分对高瓦
