1、摘要本设计的井田井田东西走向长4.26km,南北倾向宽3.71km,面积15.45km2,年产量2.40 Mt/a。井田内煤层赋存比较稳定,煤层倾角为14,总共有三层煤,3#煤、8#煤、15#煤,平均厚度分别为5m、4m和6 m。井田中部有一条断层发育,整体地质条件比较简单,设计矿井为低瓦斯矿井。采用集中大巷布置方式,三条大巷均布置在最下煤层的底板岩石中。主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升。大巷运煤采用胶带运输,实现了全矿井的连续运输。设计采用综采工艺,走向长壁采煤法,用全部垮落法处理采空区。工作面采用国内外先进采煤设备,以达到工作面高产高效。并对矿井运输、提升、排水和通风等各个生产系统的设备

3、ility of mine is 1.80Mt/a .The well coal seam inside the farmland endows with to save more stable ,the dip angle of the coal seams is 14,.the mine have three coal seams,3#coal,8#coal and 15#coal,their thicks are 5 metres,4 metres and 6 metres . There is a fault F growing in the centre of the mine ar
4、ea,and the whole geology condition is simple, the mine well designed is a low gas mineral. According to the coal seams deposit conditions , concentrated gathering roadway is used ,and three roadways are all laid in the rock stratum under the coal seam. Skip hoisting is used in main shaft and cage ho
5、isting is used in auxiliary shaft.Belt is used for coal transportation ,and whole mine continuous transportation is realized. the mine use fully mechanized coal minging technology .The mining method is the long wall mining in the strike , and use all across to fall a method processing to adopt empty
