1、摘 要一般部分针对澄合山阳矿井进行了井型为3.0Mt/a的新井设计。山阳煤矿位于陕西省合阳县境内,井田走向长约12.8km,倾向长约5.5km,面积约70.4km2。主采煤层为5号煤层,倾角315,平均倾角7,平均厚度4.52m。井田工业储量为456.25Mt,可采储量316.98Mt,矿井服务年限为75.5a。矿井正常涌水量为380.60m3/h,最大涌水量为436.69m3/h;矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为2.256m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井。根据井田地质条件,设计采用双立井单水平开拓方式,井田采用带、盘(采)区式布置方式,共划分为六个块段,一个带区,五个采(盘)区,轨道大巷和胶带大巷皆为岩石大巷,布
2、置在五号煤层底板岩层中。 针对西四带区采用了带区准备方式,共划分19个分带工作面,并进行了运煤、通风、运料、排矸、供电系统设计。针对5401工作面进行了采煤工艺设计。该工作面煤层平均厚度为4.52m,平均倾角3,直接顶为泥岩,老顶为细砂岩。工作面采用长壁综采一次采全高采煤法。采用双滚筒采煤机割煤,往返一次割两刀。采用“三八制”工作制度,截深0.8m,每天八个循环,循环进尺0.8m,月推进度192m。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用架线电机车牵引固定箱式矿车。主井采用两套带平衡锤的22t箕斗提煤,副井采用一对1.5t矿车双层四车窄罐笼和一个带平衡锤的1.5t矿车双层四车宽罐笼运料和升降人员。

The design applies strip preparation aga
7、inst the first band of West four which divided into 19 stirps totally, and conducted coal conveyance, ventilation, gangue conveyance and electricity designing.The design conducted coal mining technology design against the 5401 face.
