1、摘要本设计是某高层民用住宅楼的建筑给排水、采暖及消防设计,其中地上一二层为商场,三至十七层为住宅,地下一层为车库及机房。主要设计包括采暖系统、给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、以及屋面雨水系统五个部分。采暖系统采用低温地面辐射供暖系统,低温地板辐射采暖是一种和传统散热器供暖不同的新型供暖方式,和以对流散热为主的散热器供暖相比,具有室内温度分布均匀、舒适性好、节约能源、易实现分户热计量、维护管理方便等优点。随着计量供热技术在我国的大力推行,以及国家对建筑节能的日益重视,低温地面辐射供暖系统目前在我国民用建筑中逐步受到重视,得到广泛的采用。低温地面辐射供暖系统的供回水分别为50/401,而由市政热力管
2、网系统提供的供回水为130/801,因此,要在低温地面辐射供暖系统中设计一换热站。供热建筑为地上十七层,考虑底层用户压力过大,所以设计分高区供暖、低区供暖分别由循环水泵提供循环压力。给水系统采用分区供水,一到六层为低区,由市政管网直接供水。七层到十七层为高区,采用自下而上由地下车库的供水泵直接供水的方式;排水系统采用的是污、废合流制,一二层单独排水,三至十七层污水排水立管设有专用通气管,地下车库内污水汇集到集水坑由污水泵提升至排水干管排出;消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统,火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取;雨水采用的是外排水系统,雨水直接排向市政污水管网。给水
