1、摘要本设计是某高层民用住宅楼的建筑给排水、采暖及消防设计，其中地上一二层为商场，三至十七层为住宅，地下一层为车库及机房。主要设计包括采暖系统、给水系统、排水系统、消防系统、以及屋面雨水系统五个部分。采暖系统采用低温地面辐射供暖系统，低温地板辐射采暖是一种和传统散热器供暖不同的新型供暖方式，和以对流散热为主的散热器供暖相比，具有室内温度分布均匀、舒适性好、节约能源、易实现分户热计量、维护管理方便等优点。随着计量供热技术在我国的大力推行，以及国家对建筑节能的日益重视，低温地面辐射供暖系统目前在我国民用建筑中逐步受到重视，得到广泛的采用。低温地面辐射供暖系统的供回水分别为50/401，而由市政热力管

2、网系统提供的供回水为130/801，因此，要在低温地面辐射供暖系统中设计一换热站。供热建筑为地上十七层，考虑底层用户压力过大，所以设计分高区供暖、低区供暖分别由循环水泵提供循环压力。给水系统采用分区供水，一到六层为低区，由市政管网直接供水。七层到十七层为高区，采用自下而上由地下车库的供水泵直接供水的方式；排水系统采用的是污、废合流制，一二层单独排水，三至十七层污水排水立管设有专用通气管，地下车库内污水汇集到集水坑由污水泵提升至排水干管排出；消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统，火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给，正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取；雨水采用的是外排水系统，雨水直接排向市政污水管网。给水

3、管和排水管分别采用PPR管和PVC-U管，消防系统采用镀锌钢管。设计过程进行了各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算,以及各种设备的选型,最后用CAD绘制了各个系统的平面施工图和系统轴侧图以及局部大样图。关键词高层建筑设计；低温地面辐射供暖；换热站；给排水；消防 AbstractThis design is a tall apartment buildings for the construction of water and drain, heating and fire control design, including the ground floor to the mall or two,

15、大类。其中城市集中热网的热源主要是大型区域燃煤锅炉房与燃煤热电厂两种形式。建国以后，我国以城市集中供热为突出代表的采暖事业稳步发展，取得了巨大的建设成就，城市热化比例不断增大。采暖事业的良好局面依靠较为单一的供热方式就此打开。但一系列的负面问题随之而来。比如据空气质量监测数据显示， 长期以煤炭作为主要能源对我国的大气环境造成了严重的破坏，70%的SO2、60%的NOX、85%的CO2均来自于煤炭燃烧。特别是北方城市，在采暖季节空气污染指数严重超标。2008年4月1日起我国开始施行节约能源法，使节约能源成为了一项基本国策。1.2 建筑节能措施 随着我国经济水平的日益提高 , 尤为近几年房改政策的出台, 人们对居住环境的要求也越来越高, 住宅建设已成为当前基本建设的重点之一。设计工作
