1、摘要本设计是赵庄三矿1.80Mt/a新井设计。煤田地质构造较简单,平均倾角13,走向长约5.275 km,倾向长为2.97 km,面积为16.1km2。井田内有两层煤,3号煤与15号煤,间距较小,为35m。全矿采用立井开拓和中央分列式通风。全矿井设置两个开采水平,开拓方式为立井两水平上山式,采煤工艺为综采,采煤方法采用走向长壁采煤法。根据煤层赋存情况,采用集中大巷布置方式,三条大巷均布置在最下煤层的底板岩石中。主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升。大巷运煤采用胶带运输,实现了全矿井的连续运输。工作面采用国内外先进采煤设备,以达到工作面高产高效。并对矿井运输、提升、排水和通风等各个生产系统的设备选

The geologic structure of this mine is simple , and the inclination angle is average in 13 degree . The length of the coal seam on the strike is approx
3、imately 5.275 kilometers , the width along the inclination is approximately 2.97 kilometers and the area is 16.1 square kilometers . The mine industrial reserves is 247.71Mt , and the the mines workable reserves is 157.63Mt. The mine service life is 62.55 years. There are two coal seam in the mine f
4、ield, the distance between 3th and 15th seam is 35 meters. The mine use vertical shaft development method and central and border ventilation method .There are two levels in Zhaozhuang NO.3 mine,and development method is vertical shaft ,multi-level rise development. the mine use fully mechanized coal
5、 minging technology .The mining method is the long wall mining in the strik . According to the coal seams deposit conditions , concentrated gathering roadway is used ,and three roadways are all laid in the rock stratum under the coal seam.Skip hoisting is used in main shaft and cage hoisting is used
6、 in auxiliary shaft.Belt is used for coal transportation ,and whole mine continuous transportation is realized.
