1、连焰筒冲压工艺及模具设计摘要:用模具技术生产的制品具有高精度、高复杂程度、高一致性、高生产效率和低消耗等特点。由此可见,模具技术已成为衡量一个国家产品制造水平高低的重要标志,决定着产品的质量、效益和新产品的开发能力。 本文介绍的模具实例结构简单实用,使用方便可靠,首先根据工件图算工件的展开尺寸,再根据展开尺寸算该零件的压力中心,材料利用率,画排样图。根据零件的几何形状要求和尺寸的分析,采用复合模冲压,这样有利于提高生产效率,模具设计和制造也相对于简单。当所有的参数计算完后,对模具的装配方案,对主要零件的设计和装配要求技术要求都进行了分析。在设计过程中除了设计说明书外,还包括模具的装配图,非标准
2、零件的零件图。连焰筒是一个形状相对比较简单的零件,需要的工序有落料、拉深、冲孔、翻边、整形、切边。经工艺计算和分析,确定了合理的冲压工艺方案,提出用落料拉深冲孔复合模及翻边整形复合模两套模具完成该零件的生产,设计出的模具结构简单、制造容易。通过充分利用现代模具制造技术对传统机械零件进行结构改进、优化设计、优化工艺方法能大幅度提高生产效率,这种方法对类似产品具有一定的借鉴作用。关键词:连焰筒,模具设计,复合模,落料、拉深、翻边Even the flame tube of stamping process and die designAbstract:Production of products
