1、摘要带式输送机是输送散状物料的重要设备之一,以输送带作牵引和承载构件,通过承载物料的输送带的运动作物料连续输送设备,它广泛应用于煤炭、冶金、矿山、港口等领域,随着科技技术的进步与发展,对设备的要求性能越来越高,而弯曲阻力是输送机的主要运行阻力之一,其在日常工作使用中带来不必要的浪费与损耗,为了详细研究输送带弯曲阻力,并为研发节能型输送带提供测试工具,本文设计一种橡胶输送带弯曲阻力测试试验台。本文首先根据给定的试验台参数对其主要零部件如张紧缸、压下缸等进行了设计和校核;然后根据已有的输送带弯曲阻力数学模型对弯曲阻力进行了估算,对电机、减速器等零部件的运行参数进行计算,并计算和分析结果为依据,对试
2、验台中滚筒、托辊等零件的型号和生产厂家进行了选取;最后为了验证所设计的试验台能够满足设计要求,采用Pro/E对建立了试验台的三维虚拟样机模型,对模型的结构、质量及整机的装配和干涉情况进行了分析和验证,再利用ANSYS对试验台进行静力学分析和模态分析,对试验台的强度和动态特性进行了分析和校核,分析结果表明所设计的弯曲阻力试验台结构合理、强度能够满足使用要求。关键词:输送带;弯曲阻力;弯曲阻力测试试验台 ;Pro/ENGINEER;ANSYSI AbstractWith type conveying machine is conveying bulk-like material of import
