1、摘 要本次设计是小梁沟煤矿11号煤层120万t/a矿井初步设计,位于大同市新荣区西村乡甘庄村,距大同市30km左右,云冈丰镇公路从矿区通过,距上深涧煤炭集运站14km,交通十分便利。井田主要含煤地层侏罗系大同组,岩系中水平层理、平行层理及交错层理发育,为陆相含煤沉积,底部为灰、白色中砂岩,厚度14.60-27.44 m,平均17.51 m。本组岩性主要为灰色、深灰色粉砂岩、中细砂岩、砂质泥岩及煤层组成,煤层自上而下为7、8和11号煤层,其中可采煤层为7、8和11号煤层,井田面积为20.08。本次设计为小梁沟煤矿11号煤层,煤层平均倾角是4.0,平均厚度为3.2m。该井田工业储量为98.01Mt
2、,可采储量80.01Mt,矿井服务年限为51.3a。本设计矿井开拓方式选用双斜井开拓,矿井采用中央并列式的通风方式;矿井采用高产高效的生产模式,采用一井一面生产,应用倾斜长臂综合采煤方法,煤炭井下由胶带输送机运输,辅助运输采用矿车和单轨吊运输。矿井年生产工作日为300d,每天净提升时间为18h,矿井工作制度采用“四六”制。关键词:;ABSTRACTThis design is the preliminary design of a coal mine in No. 11 coal seam in XiaoLiangGou whose annual output is1.2 million to

The main coal-bearing strata in well field are Jurassic datong formation, The strata develop horizontal bedding, p
4、arallel bedding and interlaced bedding and is the continental coal-bearing deposit, the bottom is gray and white sandstone with a thickness of 14.6-27.44m and an average of 17.51m. This group is mainly composed of gray, dark gray siltstone, medium fine sandstone, sandy mudstone and coal seam. There
5、are 7#, 8# and 11# coal seam from top to bottom in this coal seam, these coal seams are all recoverable. The mine area is 20.08km. The object of this design is No. 11 coal seam in XiaoLiangGou coal mine. The average dip angle of coal seam is 4 degrees, and the average thickness is 3.2m. The mines in
6、dustrial reserves are 98.01Mt, recoverable reserves are 80.01Mt, and the service life of mine is 51.3a.The pioneering way of design is to open up two inclined wells, and the ventilation pattern is central parallel ventilation. The mine adopts high production and high efficiency production mode, adop
