1、摘 要 本次设计是针对望夫尖矿井8#煤层的初步设计。本矿井地质条件较为简单,但有无断层,针对它们情况,我们把它留作保护煤柱。煤层的发火期时间比较长,而且煤尘不爆炸,符合低瓦斯井,均倾角5,均煤厚2.3m。此矿井工业储量9100万吨,经过计算可采储量8830万吨,设计产量每年180万吨,服务年限大约35年,首采工作面为3101工作面,工作面长度250m,采用四六制作业,三班采煤一班检修。本设计将矿井划分为6带区,并且将301盘区作为首采带区。该矿井的设计属于机械个程度高的现代化矿井设计,采煤方式为综合机械化开采,开拓方式设计为双立井开拓,主井副井分别有一个,都分布在在工业广场内,主井采用采用四绳
2、摩檫式双箕斗提升,直径为6.5米,副井采用罐笼提升,直径6米。风井有两个,位于井田的两翼,为专用回风立井。井底车场为环形车场,通风方法为混合式通风,通风方式为对角式。井田内煤层属厚煤层,工作面采用一次采全高单一倾向长壁采煤法,盘区和工作面均采用前进式。工作面的进刀方式采用中部斜切进刀。工作面使用Zk4700/21/42型液压支架,采高2.3米。矿井运煤采用胶带输送机运输,辅助运输采用蓄铅电池式拖机车牵引固体箱式矿车。此外,安全技术措施包括预防瓦斯爆炸的措施、防尘措施、预防井下火灾的措施、预防井下水灾的措施、矿压显现控制措施等。关键词:综合机械化采煤;双立井;对角式通风;长壁采煤法;后退式ABS

The north terrainis higher than the south. Thegeological conditions of coal mineis relatively simple,
4、but there aremany large faults.According to the actual situation,we willleave themas protectivecoal pillar. The coal spontaneous combustion has a long period. What is more, the coal dustis easy to explode, and the coal mine is thegas mine,the averageangle is 2 degree,the averagethickness is 2.3m.Its
5、 industrial reserves are 88.27 million tons and the designing of recoverable reserves are 36.74 million tons. The design production of the mine is 0.9million tons per year,and the servicing life is 35 years,the first mining face is 3101working face,the length is 2500m,with three-shift system. I divi
6、de the coal mine into three zones,and 3101panel as thefirst miningdistrict.My design belongs tohigh degree ofmodernization, and the miningmethod is comprehensivemechanized mining. The development form is double shaft. Mainshaft and auxiliary shaftare located in the industry square,main shaftadopts a
