    3、达到约6万吨/日。本设计处理的对象为城市污水,主要污染物质为悬浮固体(SS)及溶解和胶体状态的有机污染物(BOD)等。根据城市所处的地理位置和污水厂的规模,并结合考虑需脱氮除磷的要求,城市污水处理厂设计采用A2/O工艺。该工艺污水处理流程为:从中格栅到泵房,进入细格栅,沉砂池,初沉池,A2/O反应池,二沉池,普通快滤池,消毒池,巴氏计量槽,出水排放。污泥处理流程为:从二沉池和初沉池排除的剩余污泥首先进入污泥提升泵房,进入污泥浓缩池,贮泥池,污泥消化池,污泥脱水间,泥饼外运。通过此工艺的处理,出水水质将达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。中格栅栅槽宽2.2m,

    4、过栅水头损失0.1m,总高度为1.15m,总长度为3.55m;污水泵房采用自灌式半地下式矩形泵房,选用300QW95024110型潜污泵,其流量为950m3/h,扬程为24m,转速为900r/min,电机功率为110kW,效率为81.9%;细格栅栅槽宽1.69m,过栅水头损失0.13m,总高度为1.18m,总长度为2.5m;沉砂池采用平流式,共1座,长度为22.5m,总宽3m,有效水深1.02m,沉泥区高度为1.68m,沉砂池总高3m,进水渐宽部分长度为2.75m,出水渐窄部分长度为2.75m,进水管径为DN900mm,出水采用薄壁出水堰跌落出水,堰上水头为0.27m;初沉池和二沉池均采用辐流

    5、式沉淀池,各设2座,沉淀池直径为33m,沉淀部分水深3m,沉淀池总高度7.735m;A2/O池设4座,有效水深3m,池长30m,厌、缺氧池宽2.7m,好氧池采用3廊道式推流式反应池,廊道宽3m。污泥浓缩池采用1座矩形气浮浓缩池,尺寸为618m,总高度为1.7m;贮泥池设计1座,有效深度3m,污泥斗高度4.6m,总高7.9m;污泥消化池设计一级消化和二级消化,一级消化池采用3座,二级消化池采用2座;污泥脱水采用带宽2m的DY型带式压滤机,2用1备。普通快滤池采用8个,双排布置,尺寸为154m,总高位3.7m;消毒接触池2座,采用2个廊道推流式接触反应池,有效水深4m,长20m,宽8m,高4.7m

    6、;计量设施为巴氏计量槽2座,长12.465m,喉宽0.75m;中水泵站采用2台250S65A型单级双吸离心泵1用1备。通过设计研究,可以确定一套技术可行,经济合理的方案。改善当地生态环境,提高人民生活质量和城市形象。该工程的建成与投产能够有效解决该市排水系统与污水处理的问题,保证社会经济的可持续发展。关键词 A2/O;脱氮除磷;城市排水管网;城市污水处理厂IVAbstractThis design is the area of urban drainage project of GuJiao. The object of this design for urban sewage treatment, the main pollutants for suspended solids (SS) and dissolved and colloid state of organic pollutants (BOD), etc.According to city location and the size of the wastewater treatment plant, and combined with consid

    8、eration to nitrogen phosphorus requirement, municipal sewage treatment plant design using A2/O process. This process sewage treatment process for: from coarse grille to pump room, into the fine grille, heavy sand pool, first pond, A2/O reaction pool, the second pond, rapid sand filter , sterilizatio

    9、n tank, pasteurized metering tank , effluent discharge. The sludge treatment process is: from the second pond exclusion and the pond excess sludge pump room, first to get into sludge ascension into sludge concentration pool, pool, the sludge digestion mud storage pool, sludge dewatering, mud cake si

    10、notrans between. Through this technics, water will reach the urban sewage treatment plants standards for pollutants discharge (GB18918-2002) level A standard.     11、h self-filling semi-underground rectangular pumping station, the choice of 300QW-950-24-110 submersible sewage pump, the flow rate of 950 m3/h, head to 24m, speed of 900 r/min,motor power of 110kW , efficiency 81.9%;fine grid gate groove width 1.69m , over- gate head loss of 0.13 m and a total heigh

    12、t of 1.18m , the total length of 2.5m;grit chamber advection of a length of 22.5m , the total 3 m wide , effective depth of 1.02m ,silt area height of 1.68m , the grit chamber 3m high , water is becoming wide part of the length of 2.75m , the water gradually narrow part of the length of 2.75m , inle
