1、摘 要塑料成型是常见的一种对塑料进行加工的方法,而下文所设计的模具也是对塑料进行成型所使用的工具之一。本文从各个方面具体介绍了该注塑模具的设计及其制造方法。由于塑件具有比较复杂的外轮廓,在本设计中为该模具选择了相对合适的直浇口分型面,通过斜滑块和两个对合摆块进行抽芯的动作、使所设计的模具的构成相对合理,工作状态平稳可靠。所需要制造的塑件是一个内部具有三处侧凹的塑料桶盖。通过采用由不止单一结构组合得到的抽芯机构,最终目的是能够使得目标塑件可以一次性做到成型。即在定模上通过三处斜滑块所实现的内侧凹槽的成型和抽芯;在动模上通过两个摆块型芯的作用使得制件的球型内凹和提手得以成型。从而使得制品的成型质量
