1、摘 要作为机动车(汽车)、内燃机、工程机械、国家防护等众多重要领域行业所需的关键零部件凸轮轴,它在加工精度、效率等方面的尺寸数据对其发动机或其相关产品的性能、质量及节能的标准都会产生一些直接的影响。从目前来看,投入生产运用的凸轮轴磨床有两种:一种采用的是靠模磨削手段的凸轮轴磨床;另一种是无靠模的凸轮轴磨床。本份毕业设计的主旨是将普通外圆磨床改造为靠模凸轮轴磨床。普通的外圆磨床与凸轮轴磨床在磨削工艺方面有着毋庸置疑的相似之处:它们的基圆和外圆磨削运动基本相同。但是凸轮轮廓的磨削运动与外圆磨削有着非常大的区别。此份设计除了是在万能外圆磨床上进行的改造,节约了资源,使机床操作更加便捷以外,在靠模机构
