1、家蝇幼虫壳聚糖的提取及其保鲜作用的研究摘要:目的 本实验从家蝇幼虫提取壳聚糖,用木瓜蛋白酶降解得到可溶性壳聚糖。研究了家蝇幼虫可溶性壳聚糖对杨桃的保鲜效果以及其对四种细菌的抑菌作用;方法 本实验提取壳聚糖后,用木瓜蛋白酶降解,研究了家蝇幼虫可溶性壳聚糖对杨桃的保鲜作用,分为空白对照组、1%氯化钙阳性对照组、0.5%壳聚糖组、1%壳聚糖组和2%壳聚糖组,测定其重量,观察其成熟程度,9天后捣碎取汁,测定其维生素C含量和总糖含量。研究了此三个浓度对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和伤寒杆菌的抑制作用;结果 家蝇幼虫壳聚糖的提取率约为29.70%,木瓜蛋白酶降解可得到可溶性壳聚糖。家蝇幼虫可溶性壳聚
2、糖对杨桃有一定的保鲜效果,1%壳聚糖保鲜效果最好,优于阳性对照。家蝇幼虫可溶性壳聚糖对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,对伤寒杆菌没有抑制作用;结论 研究结果表明,家蝇幼虫可溶性壳聚糖对杨桃有保鲜作用,对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用。关键词:家蝇幼虫;壳聚糖;木瓜蛋白酶;保鲜;抑菌Study on the Extraction and Fresh-keeping of Chitosan From Larva of HouseflyAbstract: Objective The experiment extracts chitosan from larva of ho

4、a. The study was divided into five groups:blank group, 1%Calcium chloride of the positive control group, 0.5% chitosan group, 1% chitosan group and 2% chitosan group. Every day we measured their weight, observed their maturity, and after 9 days, we broken Caracalla to measure their content of Vitami
5、n C and total sugar. Meanwhile we studied the effects of this three concentration of chitosan to inhibition Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus and Typhoid bacillus. Results The extraction rate of chitosan from larva of housefly is about 29.70% and papain can degradation chito
6、san to get the soluble chitosan. This soluble chitosan has certain effect on preservation of Carambola and 1%chitosan group is the best, which is good than the positive control group.
