1、复方黑面神软膏制备工艺研究摘要:目的 建立复方黑面神软膏处方黑面神中表儿茶素和苦参中苦参碱含量的测定方法,优化提取工艺条件,并优选以聚乙二醇4000、聚乙二醇400、聚山梨酯80、丙三醇和羟苯乙酯制备复方黑面神软膏的最佳基质配比。 方法 采用HPLC法测定表儿茶素和苦参碱的含量,分别运用正交试验考察浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间和提取次数对表儿茶素和苦参碱含量的影响。采用L9(34)正交试验法,以软膏的外观性状、延展性、稳定性、稠度和PH等为评价指标,优选基质比例。结果 表儿茶素在0.00840.0336gL-1内线性关系良好,回归方程y=13346x+11.632,r=1.0000,最佳水提工艺
2、:药材加20倍量水浸泡45 min,80温浸提取2次,每次1 h。苦参碱在0.02940.588gL-1内线性关系良好,回归方程y=1714.9x-3.8355,r=0.9999。最佳提取工艺:药材加20倍水浸泡45min,提取两次,每次1h。筛选出来的复方黑面神软膏基质的最佳配比为聚乙二醇4000:聚乙二醇400:聚山梨酯80:丙三醇=(6:1:0.1:0.5)。结论 HPLC法测定复方黑面神软膏处方的含量操作简便,专属性强,准确可靠,可用于复方黑面神软膏的质量控制。优选工艺制备的复方黑面神软膏外观细腻均匀,性状稳定,此最佳基质配比可制备质量较佳的复方黑面神软膏。关键词:复方黑面神软膏;高效
