1、西安理工大学毕业设计(论文) 题 目 核桃自动去壳机的结构设计 专 业 学 号 学 生 魏莱 指 导 教 师 答 辩 日 期 西安理工大学摘要核桃作为一种营养丰富的坚果,在食品加工和日常消费中具有广泛应用,但其坚硬的外壳给去壳加工带来了较大困难。传统人工去壳方式效率低下、劳动强度大,且易造成果仁破损,难以满足现代化生产需求。因此,研发高效、稳定的核桃自动去壳设备成为提升核桃产业加工效率的重要课题。本文针对核桃的特殊物理特性,设计了一种基于仿生刮板挤压式剥壳机构的自动去壳机,旨在解决现有设备破壳效率低、果仁损伤率高的问题。研究首先对核桃的基本性能进行了测定与分析,包括三维尺寸、壳厚度、挤压变形量
2、及含水率等,建立了力学模型,为结构设计提供了理论依据。通过对比三种剥壳方案,最终选择仿生刮板挤压式方案作为主体设计,其具有冲击力集中、整仁率高和结构紧凑等优势。关键部件设计中,采用V带传动系统,优化了主轴、轴承和半栅笼等结构,确保设备在电机功率1.5kW、转速1500r/min的条件下,实现每小时5065kg的去壳效率。引入仿生学理念,将刮板边缘设计为鹰嘴仿生曲面,实验表明仿生刮板在短轴、垂直和长轴方向上的冲击力均优于传统刮板,显著提升了剥壳效果。关键词:核桃;自动去壳机;仿生刮板;力学特性AbstractWalnut, as a nutrient-rich nut, has a wide r

4、g efficient and stable automated walnut shelling machines has become an important issue for improving the processing efficiency of the walnut industry. This paper designs an automatic sheller based on a bionic scraper compression shelling mechanism, targeting the unique physical properties of walnut
5、s, aiming to solve the problems of low shelling efficiency and high kernel damage rate in existing equipment.The study first measured and analyzed the basic properties of walnuts, including three-dimensional dimensions, shell thickness, compression deformation, and moisture content, and established
6、a mechanical model to provide theoretical basis for structural design. After comparing three shelling schemes, the bionic scraper compression scheme was chosen as the main design due to its advantages of concentrated impact force, high intact kernel rate, and compact structure.
