    3、各种不同的生产需求。同时相关机械设备的操作流程日益趋向简单结构化,易于生产加工制造,操作人员易于使用维护,需要结合经济适用性原则进行设计制造。本文设计针对电缆剥线机装置设备进行设计,对其主要机构结构进行设计确定,并对机构的主要参数进行设计计算。本文基于机械设计的相关方法和有关理论知识设计制造了电缆剥线机装置,收集汇总了现阶段已有电缆剥线机装置的相关研究文献资料,并对相关内容进行研究和分析。结合现有的各项新型技术,基于实际使用需要和基本参数设计制造了电缆剥线机装置。本文深入研究电缆剥线机装置应用背景和发展情况,通过学习和查阅相关学习资料和文献,了解了电缆剥线机装置结构特点和传动原理等专业知识,充

    4、分运用所学机械设计相关知识,设计一个能够保证工作质量、缩短工作流程、结构紧凑合理,传动高效的电缆剥线机装置。设计的电缆剥线机装置主要由电缆剥线机动力机构、电缆剥线机动力传递机构、电缆剥线机剥线机构和电缆剥线机机架组成。经过多次试运行和试验,本文设计的电缆剥线机装置能够实现高效率电缆剥皮,进而提高工作效果和工作质量。同时对电机装置、链传动、轴承以及轴进行选型设计,确保设计制造的设备能够较好的满足实际工况。在设计完成整个设备之后,借助计算机二维软件绘制本文设计制造的电缆剥线机装置设备装配图和零件图,借助三维软件建模,对设备各个机构的运行状态进行检查,确保各个机构的运动作业过程不会发生相互干涉影响。
