1、云南某铁铜矿年处理二十万吨选矿选厂设计摘要:按照毕业设计任务书的要求,进行了年处理20万吨云南某铁铜矿选矿厂设计,产品为铜精矿。云南某铁铜矿为含铁、铜的复杂矿石, 设计要综合考虑铁、铜的回收。相关研究表明 , 针对此类矿石主要采用磁选和浮选相结合的工艺流程, 通过磁选对磁铁矿进行回收, 采用浮选对其中的铜进行回收。对设计工艺流程进行了选择和论证,本设计采用原矿磁选 磁选尾矿再浮选的工艺流程。确定了各车间的工作制度,即:破碎采用三段一闭路流程,磨矿采用二段一闭路流程,磁选采用一段一循环工艺,浮选也采用一段一循环浮选工艺(包括一次粗选,一次扫选,二次精选的流程作业)。精矿采用先浓缩后过滤的两段脱水
2、工艺流程。对设计工艺流程进行了工艺指标计算,包括破碎、筛分、磨矿、浮选(包括矿浆流程)和脱水流程。对破碎、筛分、磨矿、分级、浮选及脱水设备进行了选择和计算,确定了工艺所需的工艺设备。进行了厂房总体布置,并进行了厂房内的设备配置。根据选厂的地形条件,沿山坡地布置,其中,粗碎、中细碎、筛分厂房分开布置,粗碎、中、细碎及筛分车间平行等高线配置。磨矿浮选共厂房配置,其中磨矿采用纵向配置,浮选机采用横向配置。浓缩机配置在露天,过滤机与精矿仓配置在厂房内。完成了破碎筛分、磨浮、脱水车间平断面图、数质量矿浆流程图和设备联系图共5张。 关键词:选矿厂设计;铜矿;浮选;磁选Yunnan copper in pr
