1、安徽某铜铁矿年处理50万吨原矿选矿厂设计摘要:按照毕业设计任务书的要求,进行了年处理50万吨安徽某铜铁矿选矿厂设计,产品为铜精矿、硫精矿、铁精矿,设计地点为安徽省铜陵地区。在参考了大量相关选厂的设计资料之后,最终根据实际情况,确定了合理的各车间的工作制度,拟定了设计工艺流程,破碎采用三段一闭路流程,最终破碎粒度为-10mm;磨矿采用带检查分级的一段闭路流程;选厂按先浮选铜,再浮选硫,最后磁选铁的选别顺序生产,最终获得铜精矿、硫精矿和铁精矿。设计对工艺流程进行了工艺指标计算,包括破碎、筛分、磨矿、浮选、磁选(包括矿浆流程)和脱水流程。对破碎、筛分、磨矿、分级、浮选、磁选及脱水设备进行了选择计算,

4、process of crushing is three sections with one closed circuit,final crushed product particle size is 10mm the grinding process is one sections with one closed circuit. The process:Copper flotation mill at first, and then the sulfur flotation, magnetic separation of iron final sorting order of produc
5、tion and, ultimately, copper, sulfur and iron ore concentrates.Parameters of crushing, screening, grinding, flotation ,magnetic separation(including the circuit of pulp) and dewatering were computed respectively. Then the technological parameters of equipments were calculated,the schemes of equipmen
