1、某泥质铀矿石酸法制粒浸出试验研究摘要:本论文针对某泥质铀矿石进行酸法制粒浸出工艺研究,试验概况如下:矿石中铀品位为0.108%,原矿破碎到-5mm,粘结剂用量2%4%,细泥含量20%30%。其研究内容包括: (1)粘结剂配方的确定 其中包括粘结剂种类的选择,粘结剂中各组分的用量;(2)润湿剂的确定 通过用不同种类的润湿剂对制粒的影响,选择合适的润湿剂;(3)润湿剂用量的选择 对泥质铀矿石制粒,润湿剂用量通常在1015%之间,在此范围内确定最佳的润湿剂用量;(4)粘结剂用量的选择 根据工程概况要求粘结剂用量为2%4%,在此范围内选择最佳的粘结剂用量;(5)制粒柱浸试验 根据上述最佳制粒条件,通过
