1、摘 要筛分作业是煤炭加工中的重要环节，它广泛应用于筛选厂和选煤厂。目前筛分作业所用的设备多为振动筛。振动筛是一种适合于潮湿细粒级难筛物料的干法筛分的振动筛分机械设备，是目前国内使用的处理难筛物料的主要振动筛分机械设备。振动筛具有振幅大、振动强度大、频率较低和具有弹性筛面的工艺特点。由于其在工作过程中始终保持最大的开孔率，从而使得其筛分效率高、处理能力大，筛板更换方便，从而降低了成本。而且振动筛超大筛面和大处理能力可满足现场的生产需要。由于振动筛筛子的结构多采用多段筛面振动而筛箱和机架不参与振动的运动方式，从而使得筛子实现了大型化。我国的直线振动筛研究一直落后于国外，特别是在大型化方面，这点需要

2、重点研究。本次设计结构与普通筛不一样，它有4块侧板，中间两侧是主要的，振动器安装在它上面，由它向筛面传递振动力，外面两块是次要的，只起挡料板的作用。物料是通过三个通道筛分和运输的，这种结构的最大优点是横梁尺寸可以大大减小，大大降低参振质量。经济效益十分明显，而且筛型越大，效果越明显。激振力直接由侧板传递到各个部件上,省去工字大梁,降低了筛箱重量和成本,但对筛箱结构设计提出了较高的要求,为此我们对筛箱强度、刚度、重心、空间结构都进行了优化设计，以期达到理想的要求。关键词：选煤机械； 振动筛； 设计； 筛分 ABSTRACT The screening work is the coal proce
