1、云南某镍矿年产20万吨精矿选矿厂设计摘要:按照毕业设计任务书的要求,进行了年产20万吨某镍精矿矿选矿厂设计,产品为镍精矿。 为了选择和制定技术上先进,工艺成熟,生产上可靠,经济效益高的综合方案,本设计参考了大量相关选厂的设计资料,最终根据实际情况,确定了合理的各车间的工作制度,拟定了设计工艺流程,即采用三段一闭路破碎流程,一段闭路磨矿流程,一段一循环浮选工艺流程,先浓缩后过滤的两段脱水流程。通过设计,获得最终精矿品位为3.455%(原矿品位为0.59%)、回收率80.3%、精矿含水率8%的良好指标。设计对工艺流程进行了工艺指标计算,包括破碎、筛分、磨矿、浮选(包括矿浆流程)和脱水流程。对破碎、
2、筛分、磨矿、分级、浮选及脱水设备进行了选择计算,最终确定了工艺所需的工艺设备。设计还进行了厂房的总体布置,并进行了厂房内的设备配置。根据选厂的地形条件,沿山坡地布置,其中,粗碎、中细碎、筛分厂房分开布置。磨矿浮选共厂房配置,其中磨矿采用纵向配置,浮选机采用横向配置。浓缩机配置在露天,过滤机与精矿仓配置在厂房内。完成了选矿厂平面布置图,选矿厂设备平面布置图(示意图),工艺流程图,绘制全厂设备形象系统图和数质量、矿浆流程图。关键词:选矿厂设计 ; 镍矿 ; 浮选 An annual output of 200000 tons of nickel mines in yunnan concentrat
