1、年处理80万吨原矿某铁矿选矿厂设计摘要:按照毕业设计任务书的要求,进行了年处理80万吨原矿某铁矿选矿厂设计,产品为铁精矿。本设计在老师的指导下,收集了相关选厂资料和设计资料,据工程实际情况确定了各车间工作制度和工艺流程。本设计采用三段一闭路破碎流程,选别流程采用阶段磨矿阶段磁选流程。计算了流程中工艺指标,选择了各作业所需设备。设计还进行了厂房的总体布置和厂房内的设备配置。根据矿区的地形条件,沿山坡建厂。其中,粗碎车间、中细碎车间、筛分车房分开布置。磨矿和磁选流程在主厂房,主厂房中磨矿机为纵向配置,磁选机为横向配置。过滤机与精矿仓安置在同一厂房内。最后绘制了数质量及矿浆流程图、设备形象联系图、破

According to the actual situation, the working system of the workshop and the design process were determined. The design process uses the three sections of a closed-circuit crush
4、ing process and stage grinding stage sorting process. The process indicators in the process were calculated. The equipment needed for each process were selected.The design also completes the overall layout of the plant and the configuration of equipment inside the plant. According to the topography
5、of the plant site, the plant is set along the hillside. The workshops of coarse crushing, middle crushing and fine crushing and screening are set independently. The workshops of grinding and magnetic separation are put together, the longitudinal plans are used for the mill, and lateral plans are use
