1、摘 要旋挖钻机是一种技术含量和机电液集成度高的大口径桩基础工程高端成孔装备,具有钻孔效率高、质量好、噪声低等优点,广泛应用于铁路公路桥梁、高层建筑等各种桩基础工程的施工,并且在桩基础工程中扮演着越来越重要的角色。针对目前国内市场上大中型旋挖钻机占据主导地位的现状,为填补市场缺陷,本文主要是设计一种适合小型旋挖钻机的液压系统。通过分析旋挖钻机的现有问题,提出了解决动力头马达易坏和变幅油缸联接座开裂等问题的相应办法,并对比了主卷扬的三种常见控制方案,从中提出了综合各自优点的新方案。本文完成的主要内容包括分析旋挖钻机现有问题并提出解决办法,旋挖钻机液压系统的设计,液压元件计算选型和泵站设计。关键词:

Through analyzing the existing problems of the rotary drilling rig, the paper proposed the corresponding methods to solve the problems of the breaking of the power unit motor and the cracking of
