1、摘 要给煤设备是煤矿生产系统的主要设备之一,给煤设备的可靠性,特别是关键咽喉部位给煤设备的可靠性,直接影响整个生产系统的正常运行。生产实践证明,现有的往复式给料机的生产能力小、安装和拆卸不方便、受力不均匀等缺点。,随着煤炭工业的发展,煤矿井型不断地扩大,现有型往复给煤机生产能力小,不能满足大型矿井的要求,因此,改进和扩大现有型往复给煤机是完全必要的。 本文主要介绍了:往复式给煤机的发展历史,用途,组成及工作原理;往复式给煤机的特点;设计的一般步骤;使用中存在的问题及改进措施;安装和维护等内容。本说明书设计主要是:先通过设计计算给煤机的主要运动部件即给煤槽的运行速度和所受的运行阻力来求得电动机功
2、率,然后在设计出减速器、曲柄连杆机构,给煤槽,托辊组件等主要运行部件。最后设计给煤机箱体,传动平台等辅助部件。在本次往复式给煤机的设计过程中,着重对减速器、给煤槽、曲柄连杆机构、托辊进行了分析和设计。对重要的部件进行了受力分析、强度的校核,根据其常见失效形式、影响因素及基本设计要求,给出了重要部件的受力分析、强度和刚度的设计方法。关键词:往复式给煤机; 减速器; 曲柄连杆机构ABSTRACT Coal mine production equipment is one of the main equipment for coal equipment,the reliability of it,
