1、摘 要随着国内高级公路的快速发展,货车专用变速器的开发已迫在眉睫。变速器是汽车传动系统中一个非常关键的部件,它的好坏直接影响着汽车的性能和安全性。本次关于低速载货汽车变速器的设计是以现有企业生产的现有汽车变速器作为设计原型,独立设计出了符合要求的中间轴式五档变速器。中间轴式变速器也称三轴式变速器,它是前进档的动力传递采用三根轴来实现的变速器,它的特点是动力的输入轴和输出轴有共同的轴线。设计中主要完成了对各档位传动比的选择确定、齿轮参数的选择、第一轴第二轴及中间轴的选择计算、轴的结构设计、轴承的选择等;对变速器的主要参数进行了验证,包括齿轮强度的校核、轴的强度和刚度的校核、轴承寿命的验算等;对齿
2、轮和轴的运动和受力分析;对同步器及操纵机构的选择等。变速器的三维仿真结果表明,中间轴式五档变速器的方案是可行的,其相关参数的选择计算及校核结果表明整体性能满足要求。关键词:变速器;中间轴式;五档;齿轮Abstract With the rapid development of the domestic high-road, truck-specific transmission development is imminent. Transmission of three-dimensional simulation results show that the five-speed gearbox intermediate shaft is feasible, its associated parameter se
