1、摘 要塑料是一种新型工程材料.发展速度迅速,塑料的加工和成型工艺也越来越得到重视,其中注射成型是最常用的塑料零件成型方法之一。塑料电子表盖是人们日常生活中常见的家庭用品,与人们生活密切相关,其外观要求很高,而且整体体积小,形状曲面要求过渡平稳,对注射成型模具和工艺的要求极高。本次设计主要分析了塑料电子表盖的塑件成型工艺的特点,详细介绍了塑料电子表盖的结构设计和模具设计的过程以及要点。重点介绍了塑料电子表盖的塑件结构的设计方法,分析和阐述了模具分型面的选择、模具型腔数目的确定、注射机的选择、模架的选择方法、排气系统、浇注系、温度调节系统等的设计过程。 关键词:塑料电子表盖;塑料注射模;模具结构;
