1、摘 要本文主要是对显微镜的Z轴调焦机构及其控制系统进行设计,本设计的机械执行部分主要是选用机械结构的原动件步进电机、连接件联轴器、传动件齿轮齿条及其支撑机构轴承,并且选用整个系统的润滑方式,保证系统的正常使用;而电路部分主要是进行步进电机的驱动电路(为系统提供驱动信号)设计和单片机的控制电路设计(为驱动电路提供控制信号和人际交互)。本设计主要目标是实现显微镜的自动对焦。本系统的步进电机自动控制系统是一个低速、高精度的运动控制系统。本文将从系统的总体设计方案开始进行描述,并说明系统机械执行机构的原理及其设计参数,之后将对步进电机细分控制的设计进行说明。本设计主要采用混合是步进电机作为驱动电机(由
