1、摘 要本毕业设计的对象是某包装印刷厂,使用有机溶剂型油墨,在生产过程中大量含有甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、丁醇、乙酸乙酯等有机成分的废气排向大气。考虑到有机废气的净化率和工程实际经济可行性本毕业设计决定采用活性炭吸附工艺。含VOCs的气态混合物与吸附剂(粒状活性炭和活性炭纤维) 的多孔固体结构接触时,固体表面存在的未平衡的分子吸引力或化学键力,把混合气体中的VOCs组分吸附留在固体的表面,含VOCs的有机废气通过活性炭床, 其中的VOCs被吸附剂吸附,废气因而得到净化, 达标后即排入大气。当活性炭吸附达到饱和后, 对饱和的活性炭床进行脱附再生; 通入水蒸气加热活性炭层, VOCs被吹脱放出,并与水蒸汽

Using organic solvent-based inks, the plant discharge a lot of toluene and xylene, acetone, alcohol, ethyl acetate, and other organic components of emissions to the atmosphere i

Taking into account the organic waste gas purification rate and real economic feasibility and engineering, this graduation design is decided to adopt the activated carbon adsorption process.When the gaseous mixture containing VOCs contact with the porous structure of solid
4、of adsorbent (granular activated carbon and activated carbon fiber), the VOCs of mixture remain in the solid surface because the unbalance elements attractive or chemical bonds of solid surface. Organic pullutants containing VOCs go through activated carbon bed and VOCs was adsorbed by adsorbent. Th
5、erefore,the organic pullutants could be purified and be discharged. When activated carbon adsorption reach saturation point, the saturation of activated carbon bed should be desorbed and regenerated. When added into the steam and heated activated carbon layer, VOCs is released by stripping and forma
