1、摘 要在控制领域中,经常需要进行各种位移量的测量,在实际的工业位置控制领域中,提高控制精度,准确地对控制对象进行检测是十分重要。多功能位移测量实验装置的设计,采用单片机AT89C52作为控制与时序转换核心器件,并配合设计基本的模拟电路,实现多精度的位移测量,输出信号经过TLC549进行模数转换后,并送入单片机进行处理,最后可以在LCD1604上实时显示测量位移,并通过串口将测量数据发送到电脑。本设计要求装置的测量量程在2mm-200cm之间,采用电感式,红外类,超声波类三类传感器作为测量器件。此次设计电感类传感器选用实验室的冉普电子有限公司RP6611系列,测量的量程为2mm-6mm,精度最高
2、达0.1um;红外传感器选用Sharp的GP2D120,探测范围是4-30cm;超声波选用HR-SR04,它的盲区只有2cm,精度达到0.3cm,最大的测量距离300cm;工作时按照按键切换传感器类型进行使用,它们共同实现多功能位移测量。整个系统结构合理,设计简洁,性能稳定,有较强的抗干扰能力。关键词:位移测量;传感器;单片机;串口 AbstractIn the control field, it is often necessary for a variety of displacement of the measurement, the actual position of the con
