1、摘要第一类污染物,指能在水环境或动植物体内蓄积,对人体健康产生长远不良影响的有害物质。砷正是属于这一类污染物,它是一种毒性极强的非金属元素,能够引起多种疾病。一些化工生产过程中产生的砷污染物如不经过处理而直接排放到水体的话,将会造成水体的严重污染。人类一旦饮用了此类被砷污染的水,将会造成严重的健康问题。因此,设法去除生产过程中的砷污染物,意义重大。本设计为某化工生产废水和生活污水处理工程设计,主要的污染物为三价砷、废酸和SS。其中生产废水100m3/d,生活污水50 m3/d,各项污染物出水浓度均要达到DB44/26-2001第二时段一级排放标准。在生产废水的处理上,本设计采用石灰铁盐法作为主
2、要处理工艺,不但能有效地去除三价砷,同时对酸、SS和COD也有很好的去除效果。经处理后的生产废水和生活污水混合后再进一步进行生物处理,最后各种污染物均能达标排放。关键词:砷,石灰铁盐法,SBRAbstractThe first genus contamination is the injurant which can accumulate into the water environment and propagation, and make some long-term and bad effect to peoples health. As a result, it is meaningful to try to dispose the arsenic contamination from the production process.This project is a chemical production waster water and domestic sewage treatment project. The primary contamination is thre
5、e-valued arsenic, waste acid and SS. The chemical production waster water is 100 stere and the domestic sewage is 50 stere every day. The drained concentration of each contamination must reach the primary drained standard at the first period of time in DB44/26-2001.On the treatment of the production
6、 waste water in this project, calcareousness-iron-salt technology which not only dispose the three-valued arsenic effectively, but also has good disposed effect on acid, SS and COD in the same time is used. Later, the production waste water mixes the domestic sewage and is treated in a biological tr
