1、摘 要 本次设计是设计一个人为控制下的铁路道口护栏控制器,其中主要是对护栏控制器中电机正反转进行控制,进行的是单向交流电机驱动设计,比较系统的设计了单向交流电机在工程中是如何运用的。本次设计是基于8051单片机设计护栏控制器,该系统主要包括电源模块,控制模块,电机驱动模块,报警模块等。通过人来观察后按下按钮来控制护栏的升起和降落。该电路结构简单、可靠性高、功能强且成本较低。 本系统中最重要的就是单向交流电机,它是一个中速带着机械限位开关的运动控制系统。作者从整体方案设计,控制模块电路设计,电机驱动电路模块设计,报警模块电路设计来进行比较深入的探讨。设计出来的系统以单向交流电机作为驱动电机,以机
2、械行程开关进行限位,以51单片机系统作为主控系统,电机通过联轴器连接护栏。从而达到了系统的要求。本系统的工作过程主要是单片机发出信号来控制电机,使得电动机能够正反转从而控制护栏的升起与降下,并在触碰到限位开关是停止,同时报警灯与蜂鸣器同时工作。关键字:机械限位;单向交流电机;单片机系统Abstract This thesis is the study of railway crossing gates under artificial control controller, mainly to fence in the controller to control motor and rever
