1、摘 要IV刮板输送机是一种以挠性体为牵引机构的连续输送机械,是为采煤工作面和采区巷道运煤布置机械,是目前长壁式采煤工作面唯一的运输设备。可用于水平运输,亦可用于倾斜运输。刮板输送机作为煤炭运输的主要运输设备,在煤炭生产中起着非常重要的作用。目前,我国刮板输送机链条张力的测控系统、制造水平已接近国外同类机型,但与国外相比仍有不少差距。对此,加快研制高可靠性的刮板输送机链条的张力测控系统刻不容缓。随着工作面刮板输送机正逐步向大功率、大运量、大运距和高可靠性方向发展,其性能的要求也在不断的提高。本文针对链条张力的不稳定性,对刮板输送机的链条张力自动控制系统进行了理论分析和研究。 首先,本毕业设计研究
2、了刮板输送机链条张力的预紧力计算,设计了张力自动调节系统,其次在此基础上研究并开发了刮板输送机链条张力的检测系统及其尾部液压自动调节系统。本检测系统是以单片机为核心,并根据检测系统要求设计了传感器系统,单片机外围接口电路和数据传输电路,软件方面完成了数据采集程序以及数据传输程序设计,实现了刮板输送机链条张力的实时检测。本测试系统为分析刮板输送机运行状况,进而对刮板输送机在运行过程中不断加以控制,从而为整个生产的正常运行提供了保障。关键词:刮板输送机;预紧力;数据采集;张力调节系统;液压系统AbstractScraper conveyor is a continuous conveyor mac
