    1、摘要柴油发电机是一种把燃油的化学能转化为电能的机电一体化设备。在现代化程度日益提高的今天,特别是随着计算机网络以及通讯事业的蓬勃发展,设备对于电力供应可靠性的要求也日益增强,这样就使得柴油发电机有了广阔的发展空间。但是柴油发电机在为人们提供便利的同时,也因为机组自身存在的噪声、排放等问题影响着我们的生存环境以及人们的工作和生活。随着人们对环境要求的逐渐提高,如何解决并克服上述问题就成为柴油发电机应用和发展的关键。 本工程设计主要为柴油发电机的机房通风、噪声控制、尾气净化以及尾气余热回收等一系列相关工程进行设计。结合已有的工程项目,对发电机排出的尾气黑烟,目前的常规做法是采用旋流板水洗喷淋法。本

    2、设计对传统的旋流板喷淋法进行改良,对除尘脱硫塔所用旋流板的层次和偏转角度等进行了优化设计,雾化喷嘴采用特别设计的旋流式无阻塞喷嘴,解决了易堵塞、旋流板阻力损失大等关键技术问题。此外,本设计还有一个突出的特点,就是利用热交换器有效地实现了烟气的余热回收。关键词:柴油发电机,机房通风,噪声控制,尾气净化,旋流板水洗喷淋AbstractDiesel generator is an integrative equipment that changes the diesel oils chemical energy into electric energy.     3、dern today, especially with the vigorous development of computers network and communication career, the reliability of the electric power accommodation for the equipment needed to be improved. It will come into a truth that diesel generator will win an extensive application in the market. Meanwhile,

    4、 the generators exhaust gas and noise destroy our environment and bother our life and work. With the high demand of the environment, how to solve the problems has become the key for the diesel generators application and development.This paper is mostly designed for the diesel generators room aeratio

    5、n、noise control、flue gas purification and recycle of the remnant heat. Combining the present projects, the conventional mean of the generator exhaust gas purification is cyclonic spray scrubber. And this project has improved the conventional cyclonic spray techniques, including the optimization of t

    6、he tower plates arrangement and spiral angle. And it introduces the non-plugging spray nozzle instead of the atomization nozzle, which is specially designed for the project. These improvements solve the key technical problems such as easy blocking and great loss of spiral flow plate resistance. Besi
