    1、摘要 本工程是西宁市金龙大厦建筑给排水设计,金龙大厦总高为48.6m,属于二类高层建筑。该大厦是办公室、商场于一体的写字楼。该工程在设计给水时分两个区,低区给水系统为地下二层至四层,由市政管网系统给水。除商场一到四层楼高为3.9m以外,其余楼层多为3.0m。高层给水系统由地下二层的生活水泵加压到屋面的水箱,然后由水箱回水管供水。排水不分区,根据设计手册,楼高不超过50m的二类高层只在地下室及商场布置喷淋,其余不必布置。消防 况低区设四个消火栓,高层设三个消火栓。给排水管道剂及消防喷淋系统管道采用塑料管道,所以检查口每六层设一个,清扫口根据规范不用设。 具体该建筑供水方式共分低区、高区二个区。根

    2、据建筑物的用途及规范要求进行确定。给水方式的选择则应根据外网水压的情况及建筑物的层数以及设备材料性能等合理确定。高层区要尽量利用外部给水压力供水,给水系统分区应符合建筑给水排水规范的相关要求。进行给水方式的比较,设计时可根据具体情况及高层建筑常用某种方式综合、经济合理的确定给水方式。按照管道的布置要求进行合理的管网布置及管道敷设,一般建筑内给水管网宜采用枝状布置。合理的选择给水管材与附件。进行给水系统设计计算。确定生活给水设计标准与参数;进行最高日用水量、最大小时用水量、生活给水设计秒流量计算:给水分区的确定及各区给水系统的管网水力计算,计算内容有:确定给水管网各管段的管径;计算水头损失;复核

    3、水压是否满足最不利配水点的水压要求。高位水箱、贮水池容积的计算。高位水箱有效容积的确定,高位水箱设置高度的确定,设置高度应使其最低水位标高满足最不利点配水点、消火栓或自动喷水系统喷头的流出水头要求。贮水池(箱)容积的计算应符合生活调节水量及消防规范规定的消防储备水量的要求。给水系统生活水泵及设计的选择。选择生活水泵流量时,无水箱调节时,按设计秒流量确定,有水箱调节时,按最大时流量确定,若水箱容积较大,用水量均匀,按平均时流量确定。建筑消防系统设计消火栓给水系统方式的确定,根据室外给水管网的情况,确定消防给水系统,采用经济合理的消防给水方式。应根据规范要求,确定并布置消防水池,水池容积的计算应符

    4、合消防规范规定的消防储备水量的要求。室内消防管网的布置应符合规范要求,应布置成环状管网。消防竖管的布置,应保证同层相邻2个消火栓的水枪的充实水柱同时达到被保护范围内的任何部位。消火栓给水系统的设计计算,根据建筑物的性质及规范确定设计参数,进行消火栓给水系统用水量的计算;消火栓口所需水压的计算,消防给水管网的水力计算;消防设备的选择,稳压系统的确定及消防水池容积的计算;减压装置的计算,消防水泵接合器的选择。当消火栓口出水压力大于0.5MPa时,消火栓处应设减压装置。水泵接合器的数量按室内消防水量计算。自动喷水灭火系统设置及给水方式的确定,根据自动喷水灭火系统规范的要求及建筑物的性质、功能进行合理

    5、确定,并进行喷头的选择及布置。自动喷水灭火系统的设计计算根据建筑物的性质及规范要求确定基本设计参数;进行自动喷水系统的水力计算,主要有喷头的流量计算,系统设计流量的计算,管径的选定(按所接喷头的数目确定),管道水力计算;进行自动喷水灭火系统设备的选择。主要有自动喷水系统水泵、湿式报警阀。 建筑排水系统设计排水管道的布置与敷设,要满足最佳水力条件,使排水通畅;满足施工及安装维修的要求;总管线要短,工程造价低。排水设计秒流量计算;排水系统水力计算,通过计算合理确定排水管径、坡度、设置通气系统的形式,使排水管系统能正常工作。IAbstractThis project is Xining jinlon
