1、摘 要 针对细胞分离实验中同时需要摇床和离心机设备,而市场上的摇床和离心机功能单一,不能同时满足摇床和离心机的功能,浪费实验室空间和研究经费问题,提出了设计一种能实现摇床和离心机功能的多功能离心机。本文主要介绍了多功能离心机的机械部分设计过程。首先介绍了离心机和摇床的基本原理和结构组成,并确定了多功能离心机的总体方案。根据理论计算得到零部件的结构形式及尺寸。零件结构设计完成后,在UG软件中对设计的零件进行三维建模,并装配成整体,实现多功能离心机整体建模。利用UG建模可以直观地反应出零件之间的关系,可以检验出设计中存在的问题,例如零件之间相互干涉的问题。发现问题可以到零件的模型中进行修改,装配图

This article mainly introduced the multi-function centrifuge mechanism part design process.
