1、摘要:DT530变速器设计与计算该说明书叙述了DT530变速器的设计和其计算过程,从设计的三轴五档变速器的几种设计方案中综合考虑齿轮的耐用性、换挡平稳性和传动比等因素选择最佳方案,在速比分配后对各种典型零部件先做了结构分析和设计,其中齿轮与轴的结构是重点,因为它们的结构尺寸和它们之间的位置关系决定了整个变速器的尺寸与形状,并且决定了整个变速器的性能。轴系零部件设计完成以后,根据这一点可计算出各个齿轮的受力,整个轴系的结构及作用关系也随之确定,根据这一点可以进一步的计算出轴上作用力对轴系零件,包括齿轮、轴、轴承等做了全面的校核,其中齿轮校核包括接触应力和弯曲应力的整体校核,各轴和轴承则根据各档位

3、 plans of the tri-axle five-speed transmission considering the durability of the gears、the stability of shifting and the velocity ratio.After delivering the velocity ratio,the structure analysis and design of the representative parts are made,the gears and shafts whose structure dimension size deter
4、mines the dimension size and shape of the whole transmission are points of them.when the design of the parts on-shaft are finished,we can calculate the forces which the gears bear,the structures of the whole shafting parts and the relationship among them are determined ,too.So,we can future calculat
5、e the position and magnitude of the forces on shafts.Then the bearing strength of shafting parts,including the bears、shafts and bearings,has been checked overall.The checking of the gears bearing strength includes the checking of contact stress and bending stress,and the ones of the shafts and beari
