1、摘 要国内外一些行业中广泛采用的是传统的油加热、蒸汽加热。在多年的生产过程中老加热设备暴露出诸多不足:能源利用率低、机械设备投资大、环境污染、屡次发生重大安全事故。随着近年来国际上能源紧缺现象的加剧和人们环保意识的加强,各个工业生产部门都在不断淘汰旧设备,更新节能高效新设备。为了从根本上改变由油和蒸汽作为加热介质的加热方式,寻求一种简单方便又无污染的替代方案。中频感应加热是一种优良的加热方式,具有热效率高,加热均匀、安全等特点,在钢铁冶炼、汽车制造等行业已有成功应用。本文主要以PLC控制中频感应加热炉系统,来满足控制过程的工业加热炉,结合可编程逻辑控制器及其模块性能,开发一套成本低、控制精确、
2、自动化程度高、热处理效果好,操作方便的控制系统。本文负载电路采用并联谐振结构,完成智能型感应加热电源的设计。提高感应加热电源的频率、功率是难点。关键词:中频电源;感应加热;PLC控制;程序设计AbstractSome industries at home and abroad are widely used in conventional oil heating, steam heating.
