1、摘 要随着计算机的普及和计算速度的提高,有限元分析已越来越广泛地应用到工程分析计算问题,其分析手段已成为现代机械设备CAE分析的主流方法,也是解决我国机械产品设计分析水平落后的关键手段之一。主轴滑枕是机床中一种必不可少的通用零部件,亦是影响机床工作性能的薄弱环节。本论文的主要目的就是针对机床主轴关键部件滑枕进行相关分析。采用Ansys命令流方式建立高速数控机床主轴滑枕实体分析模型(其中加强筋厚度给出了三种,分别为15mm,20mm,25mm),并对他们在滑动轴承支撑、高速旋转条件下动力学行为进行有限元分析,求解出系统模态频率、模态振型、瞬态动力响应和周期激励下谐响应谱,在分析的基础上进行比较,
2、确定系统的薄弱环节,对大型龙门铣床主轴滑枕的结构变形规律,给出了定性分析结论,选择出了三种加强筋厚度中最优的一种,同时,在分析的基础上提出了一些改进措施,为工作中进行机械系统结构CAE分析打下良好的基础,为滑枕结构优化设计提供理论依据和指导。关键词:CAE;主轴滑枕;有限元分析;变形分析;改进措施AbstractWith the development of computers and the speed of calculation, finite element analysis has become increasingly widely in the calculation of en
